There are many things that you may not think your company needs when it does. I am not talking about the boring office furniture or the very dull ergonomic chair, but of some of the things you could use to brighten up those dull serviced offices to make the employees a bit happier.

Coffee Machine

The thing is this isnt much to ask for and if you are denying your employees this you are certainly being more than harsh. If you think about it, not only with the employees be happier with better quality tea and coffee but it will work out for you too as they will be spending less time making the drinks!

Pool Table

Yes they are expensive but they can really help with the levels of happiness of the employees so it could be really worth it. The great thing abouthaving these is that you can hold tournaments from time to time within the office.

Television

Once again this is something that will improve the moral of the people working within the office. This is great if you are a company that needs to be always up to date with the news as you can stick the news channel on during the day. Stick the subtitles on so people that are deep within work do not get annoyed.

Games Consoles

In our office you can already find two big tvs, an Xbox 360 and a Nintendo wii. It basically means that lunchtimes can be a bit more fun and work can be completely forgotten about for an hour.

Although some of these options may seem very expensive when you think about it in the long run it will actually improve the work rate.
